WHAT IS COACHING?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines Coaching as "Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential".
And it can be so much more than that.
Coaching is dancing in the moment, meeting you where you are, and guide you to where you want to be.
As a Coach, I walk with you beside you as you pave your path to success. It is a safe space that we co-create to allow the light to shine on you and through you. It is a process to see things as they are, the conditioning, the limiting beliefs, the inner narrative, and take small steps to change what isn’t serving you anymore. No matter what the goal, it is a journey, A quest to deeper parts of you that make you whole, resourceful, and creative.
There are countless definitions for Coaching because the experience is as individual as we are. I encourage you to contribute to your own definition once you have experienced coaching for yourself.
WHAT IS HOLISTIC COUNSELLING?
The word Holistic is coined from the Greek word 'Holos' which means whole or complete. Holistic counsellng allows looking at a person as a whole, taking into account the emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of a person. This helps facilitate wellbeing through the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit (true self).
As a holistic counsellor, trained Yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner, I introduce various techniques such a meditation, breath and bodywork, relaxation techniques, art therapy and other activities during the session. to help reconnect with your inner self and true potential.
WHAT IS HEALING?
According to Pranic Healing Research Institute, Pranic Healing is an energy “no-touch” healing system based on the fundamental principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing utilizes “life force,” “energy,” or prana to accelerate the body’s inborn ability to heal itself.
Pranic Healing is done without touching the physical body and can address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues.
WHY DO I NEED TO WORK WITH A PROFESSIONAL?
Talking to a family member or a friend/colleague is not the same as talking to a professional. Each relationship is important and unique in its own way.
With a professional, you get a judgement-free, one-on-one safe space devoted specifically to you. It is all about you and the process is unique to your needs, offering you research and evidence-based perspective on healing, evolving and keeping your mental/emotional health in check.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
Self-work is a journey. And both patience and commitment towards self are very important. It is recommended to commit to a minimum of 12 sessions with 1 session per week to start with.
